Multi Task, Split into 4
So I can't complain at all, everything has been thrown at me but loving it, working and training new staff for the market, making 60 naan breads and cooking all within a few hrs, been asked to learn the wok section as the Chef's are going on their annual leave ( i will be doing a video today), plus relief manager from September-October, while the market is running....I'm Pumped..... I've got this..
