Mash- up.... with your Mash Potato
What's your secret to making the best Mash Potato ? Share your process !!!
- Peel potatoes, cut into 6 pieces, boil them with a generous amount of salt.
- Drain, add butter, milk, white pepper, salt. beat with electric beater.
- (Optional.. 1/2 tsp of crushed garlic in oil)
- (Optional.. a pinch of nutmeg )
- ( Optional 1 tsp of wholegrain mustard )
