Introduction to my community
Welcome to Cooking with Ollie, just a quick background of myself, My name is Oliver, I am from South Africa, South African Chinese. I currently live in Portugal, been here since 2018 with my family ..love Portugal.
I have been in the food industry all my life, my parents had Chinese restaurants so you can say its in my blood.
What is my goal for this community....
I would like to share ideas, skills, knowledge of being in the kitchen, if you are an expert or novice, I would like to share old and new concepts or even just simple questions ... we are never too old to learn something new ...
So I'm still very new to Skool and so far the people have been Great here so thank you for following and sharing your ideas and skills and hopefully I will be at your level ...soon
