A British Classic...Fish & Chips, can't go wrong with this meal...not to sure about mushy peas though.
I do a kick ass batter... What's your secret batter.
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup corn flour
1 tap salt
1 bottle beer ( depending on how thick you want your batter) can be substituted with water.
1/2 tsp if bicarbonate of soda ( the magic ingredient)
Oil for drying
