The top 3 most popular meals in France are steak and chips(no imagination), pizza and couscous. Once a month our restaurant does couscous to eat in or takeaway, its
a public relations excersize, keeping us in everyone's memory, because we can do it authenticly on a large scale, we sell large helpings and not too expensive. It really brings in the customers because you can't make it at home the same , we cook it for a long time in a 25l pot .
