Hard time losing weight
Hello I have a hard time losing weight and need some advice on how to make it easier, maybe some tips ?
Don’t worry it’s probably water weight 💧
🗣️How I gained 3kg in 2 days and lost it for 3 days On the night of 23.12 my mother have a birthday and I started eating whatever I wanted, I wanted a break from the diet so I went all in. I continued for the next 2 days (24.12 and 25.12) and on 26.12 I get on the scale and it showed 82,2kg (started 79kg). I knew it was just a water and went back on my diet yesterday 28.12 my weight was back to 79.6kg. 😱Very often we go on our scale and see the scale go 1lb or 1kg up and we panic 🫨 , How did we gained that weight we are on our diet? (or a little bit off) but not as much as to gain 1lb or 1kg. I want you to take a deep breath in and out, and say with me “it’s just water weight” 😌 Because it probably is, the body hold onto water very easily if you had a little more carbs 🍔than usual or your salt 🧂intake was a little bit higher that could lead to water retention So don’t worry the weight will go back to normal in 3/4 days after going back to your normal diet.

My biggest Mistake
🗣️Some Backstory: When it comes to building your dream physique, the most important thing in my opinion is the Nutrition. Many People struggle as I did too, I went on carnivore, keto, and many other diets that were really restrictive and not sustainable in the long run (at least for me) ❌🙅The Biggest Mistake: The biggest mistake in my journey that slowed me down years of progress is my lack of understanding that your died needs to be sustainable, which means that you can eat sweets if you have a sweet tooth, you can have cheat days if that helps more than not, and it should not feel like a diet at all. 💡The solution: The idea is that we can make our own sweets and amazingly tasty foods with less calories and more protein, if you wanna have a little bit more today (lest say 500 or 1000calories more😆) go for a run or a long walk, be active throughout the day and don’t give much credits to the cheat days/meals, the most important thing is after that cheat days or meals are over to go back to your diet like nothing happened.
