🗣️Some Backstory:
When it comes to building your dream physique, the most important thing in my opinion is the Nutrition.
Many People struggle as I did too, I went on carnivore, keto, and many other diets that were really restrictive and not sustainable in the long run (at least for me)
❌🙅The Biggest Mistake:
The biggest mistake in my journey that slowed me down years of progress is my lack of understanding that your died needs to be sustainable, which means that you can eat sweets if you have a sweet tooth, you can have cheat days if that helps more than not, and it should not feel like a diet at all.
💡The solution:
The idea is that we can make our own sweets and amazingly tasty foods with less calories and more protein, if you wanna have a little bit more today (lest say 500 or 1000calories more😆) go for a run or a long walk, be active throughout the day and don’t give much credits to the cheat days/meals, the most important thing is after that cheat days or meals are over to go back to your diet like nothing happened.
