簡單做鹽酥雞

參考IG的…找了最簡單的XD
通通炸完後可以加九層塔再炸一次就完美,不過我這次沒加…
豬血糕跟甜不辣,青椒都是切好直接炸~ 150~170度左右,炸5分鐘撈起來
雞腿肉或雞胸肉 400克
地瓜粉
醃料:
醬油 2大匙
米酒1大匙
糖1小匙
胡椒鹽 適量
五香粉 1/2匙
蒜頭 5~6辦
肉醃30分鐘以上,拿出來裏地瓜粉然後去炸
