氣炸鍋。加錫箔紙
接油(像烤雞、五花肉)
防止沾黏
清潔方便(懶人必備😆)
⚠️ 使用重點(很重要)
不要完全蓋住底部→ 氣炸鍋是靠熱風循環(像小型烤箱),如果你整個鋪滿,空氣不流通,會變成「悶煮」,食物不會酥
一定要壓好→ 錫箔紙太輕,沒壓好會被風扇吹起來,可能碰到加熱管(有燒焦風險)
避免酸性食物直接接觸→ 像檸檬、番茄,可能會跟鋁反應(影響味道)
預熱時不要放空錫箔紙→ 沒有食物壓著,很容易被吹飛
❌ 不建議這樣用
完全包起來像鋁箔包(除非你就是要做悶烤)
炸薯條、雞塊整片鋪滿(會不脆)
