Remove waste by asking this
In the Basics course you'll learn about process waste and how to remove it. Remembering all the different waste types may be challenging, so just ask yourself (and everybody else!) this: "What is the #1 issue preventing you from working to your full capacity?" Keep asking that and you'll begin to see what to start addressing with Continuous Improvement! So, what is your #1 issue preventing you from working to your full capacity? Comment below, would be really interesting to read about it! https://www.skool.com/continuous-improvement/classroom/c6ad49c5?md=6c6b656de61a4ed7bd65b67906f12e07

Ilmaista konsultointia!
Hei Suomi-ystävät. Etsin koekaniineja testatakseni yhtä ideaa liittyen Basic-kurssilla esitettyyn Laatukriteeripuu-menetelmään. Sehän on tekniikka, jolla puretaan asiakkaan (ehkä joskus jopa vähän hämärästi ymmärretyt) tarpeet yksittäisiksi konkreettisiksi tehtäviksi, joita voidaan mitata. Katso tästä alta lyhyt video asiasta ja ota yhteyttä tai ilmianna kaverisi, jota asia voisi kiinnostaa! https://www.skool.com/continuous-improvement/classroom/c6ad49c5?md=db75781b2c294ad69beb12a75059d10e
