Is the pace of presenting ok? How about the tone of voice? Too monotonous? Are you able to follow what's presented or are there distractions?

One feedback that I've received relates to the need to define the theoretical framework I'm using or coming from. Continuous improvement is a part of operations management and management studies in general, and one would be able to study these in business schools and schools or departments of management.

Remove waste by asking this
In the Basics course you'll learn about process waste and how to remove it. Remembering all the different waste types may be challenging, so just ask yourself (and everybody else!) this: "What is the #1 issue preventing you from working to your full capacity?" Keep asking that and you'll begin to see what to start addressing with Continuous Improvement! So, what is your #1 issue preventing you from working to your full capacity?
