How do I create a free version of my paid community?

So I have a low ticket paid community, but I think I want to have a free version since I see a lot of people are doing that and it seems like it's the best idea for business growth. My question is, how should I post in there versus my paid one? I'm not quite sure how much value I should post to my free one. Does anyone have any advice?

Just fyi, my paid one is about helping people with ADHD, depression and/or anxiety manage their symptoms so they can accomplish their major goals using mind reprograming and spirituality. In the paid, a have a lot of courses sharing information about how to improve a huge range of things that people with ADHD, especially struggle with. Should I offer the exact same courses?

I'm confused and would love some feedback!
