Building Efficient Content Workflows (Part 2)
A new client of mine recently mentioned they lacked visibility into their content workflow and team.
I hadn’t used the word "visibility" before myself—but it’s exactly what helps build efficient content workflows.
If you think about the end to end process of creating content, there are a lot of little steps.
And depending on the complexity of the program there could be a lot of people—editors, designers, copywriters, etc.
And each of those people might be needed at a specific time in the process.
So being able to see all of that at a high level, then being able to drill deeper is important if you want to keep things moving.
That’s exactly why I built a system that could do it.
How can you:
— See everything at a high level (then drill in)
— Help your team know what to do at any given moment
I’ve been creating a video series on the entire content workflow and this week I covered the topic above.
In this week's video I cover how-to optimize the post-production process, you can check out the video here https://youtu.be/oAFPDm0zzgQ.
