How I Use Gemini + NotebookLM to Speed Up Construction Project Delivery

I see a lot of people here using Claude (which is great), but I’ve been getting huge value from a different combo: Gemini + NotebookLM.

I’m uploading a PDF with my full workflow, but here’s the quick version:

I use NotebookLM as a project brain — drawings, specs, geotech, contracts, minutes, and everything in one place.
Gemini handles the heavy lifting:
summarizing design constraints
comparing drawings vs specs
pulling schedule dependencies
drafting risk registers, scopes, and coordination notes
NotebookLM links every answer back to the exact page in the source, which is perfect for construction work where accuracy matters.

This setup has cut my document‑hunting and admin time by more than half.

Curious — has anyone else here tried Gemini or NotebookLM for construction? Most people default to Claude, but this workflow has been a real force multiplier for me.
