Anybody got a good electrical estimating template?

Does anybody have a good electrical estimating template they wouldn't mind sharing with me?

I am helping a friend price a project and set up his own excel template.

I've done a few electrical projects, but I always used estimating software. I am keen to see if anybody has good examples of how they manage composite rates, etc.
