I put together this gentle follow-along video with four simple standing exercises that work with your body, not against it. No equipment needed, and you can use a wall or chair the whole way through if that feels safer.

- Clock exercises for dynamic stability
Each one progresses gradually and can be modified to wherever you are in your recovery right now. There is no pushing through here.
