My community looked dead for 3 weeks
Nobody posting. Maybe 2 comments total. I was checking stats every day like an idiot. Then a coach I work with messaged me - she'd been reading every post but didn't feel ready to jump in yet. Turns out 4 other members felt the same way. They were all lurking, waiting to see if people actually responded to stuff before they posted. Once one of them finally commented, the others followed within a few days. Anyone else notice lurkers suddenly activate out of nowhere?

OMG guys… this feels unreal. I officially have over 500 subscribers on YouTube. And here’s the crazy part… I never even wanted to start a YouTube channel. But thanks to @Ted Carr and @Sam Bragg , I started one. There were moments I wanted to quit. Moments I felt like I was wasting my time. Moments I thought, “Maybe this isn’t for me.” But I kept going. A few months later… 500+ subscribers. What makes this even more special? Some people found and joined my Skool community through YouTube. That makes this journey so much more meaningful.
