My community looked dead for 3 weeks

Nobody posting. Maybe 2 comments total. I was checking stats every day like an idiot.

Then a coach I work with messaged me - she'd been reading every post but didn't feel ready to jump in yet.

Turns out 4 other members felt the same way. They were all lurking, waiting to see if people actually responded to stuff before they posted.

Once one of them finally commented, the others followed within a few days.

Anyone else notice lurkers suddenly activate out of nowhere?
