So good It crippled me.
I’d make to do lists, and often take more time doing to do list than working
I would make sub task, to feel the progress, and when the to do list was done, I’m make a coffee and would notice I don't have cookies for my coffee so I’d go buy some
And then I’d come back and think to myself wooah it a bit late to be working, I’d better chill out and do it tomorrow when I’ll feel really motivated
It would take me 3 day day to achieve what I can do now in 3 hours without breaks
I’m proud of myself because in the last 7 years I went from red fish to elephant (I know these animal are famous for their memory not their productivity, but you got the point) Today as I’m writing I’m starting my new productivity challenge, Sit 3 h a day and be productive without taking any breaks, as we are in day 1 I’m already successful, 3h hours i’ve been working, no to do list, just achievements,
What used to take me 3 days,
I now do in 3 hours.
No breaks. No distractions. Just flow.
* Prospecting
* Networking
* Content planning
* Market research
* DM conversations
* Content creation
* Posting
*Calls
No bathroom break.
No scrolling.
Just work.
And it felt *really good*
All of that after 5 hours volunteering at the farm this morning. 😌
So how did I flip the switch?
1. 🧘 Mantra Meditation
Simple AF. One word on repeat.
Your breath gets deeper.
Your brain gets more oxygen.
Your throat vibrates = your vagus nerve chills out.
It’s basically a nervous system massage.
2. 💆 Full Body Relaxation
I made a hypnosis audio a year ago called *Full Body Relaxation*
Put it on repeat. Melted into my own body.
Did around 200 hours of yoga/year.
Add massages, ice baths, warm baths…
Just treat yourself right
3. 😴 Sleep Like the Dead
Set an alarm 2 hours before bed to start winding down.
Read. Stretch. Zero screens.
And don’t eat 4 hours before sleep digestion steals your energy.
Sleep like a bear in hibernation. Wake up like a lion.
Just start with those 3 things.
They’ll reduce your stress so much that focus becomes natural.
Because real focus isn’t in your mind
it’s in your body.
Thank you for reading.
