This video is super great you are exactly doing what you are showing and and it creates trust imediatly and you have a very good flow in English even though we can hear it’s not your first language
Motivation Is Temporary, But Discipline Is Forever.
Motivation is great, it gets us excited to start something new. But let’s be honest, it doesn’t stick around. One tough day, and suddenly that motivation feels as far away as your alarm clock on a Monday morning. That’s where discipline comes in. Discipline is what keeps you moving forward when the excitement fades. It’s not about feeling motivated every day—it’s about sticking to the habits and routines that get you closer to your goals, even when you don’t feel like it. Here’s what’s worked for me: - Start small - Focus on showing up consistently. Even small actions, done daily, can build momentum over time. For example i began forming smaller habits such as making my bed each day. These wins stack up over time and build confidence leading to bigger habits being able to be made. - Know your “why” - Write it down somewhere visible. When things get hard, your reason for starting will remind you why it’s worth it. This could be wanting to quit school, provide for your family. The stronger your why the easier it will be to stay consistent. - Build systems, not just goals - Goals are the destination, but discipline is built by focusing on the journey which is your daily habits. Don't let short term motivation get the best of you. - patient: Progress takes time. You won’t always see immediate results, but trust the process and keep showing up. This process can takes months or even years but the sooner you start the better position you will be in Discipline might not feel exciting, but it’s what leads to real, lasting success. So, what’s one step you can take today to stay on track? Remember, it’s not about perfection it’s about persistence.

Discipline is how, motivation is why If you lack motivation ask yourself is the discipline you follow will get you where you want There is a famous video of Arnold Schwarzenneger saying that he kept smiling at each rep because he knew it got him closer to his dream If you lack motivation ask yourself if you truly want this dream or running after a shiny object In today’s world we’ve Been so much pushed to do things we don’t want to impress people we don’t know that we forgot to have a dream that’s truly ours this is why in the social media era there so many fake gurus Because they only do it for likes and external validation If you don’t have a genuine smile while following your discipline and lack motivation to follow it Take a step back and ask yourself if truly this is what you want I can say this because I’ve been asking myself this question And my discipline is source of motivation because it leads me to where I want

@Ted Carr and @Didi Berman My video is finally here! After having recorded two different videos that were pure garbage (and wanting to give up), I finally got this one out of my procrastinating, overthinking ass... It has been so painful first to create the script, then record it (without kids disturbing me😁), then edit it while my computer kept crashing alongside Capcut crashing 😅 BUT I DID IT ANYWAYS! I know it's not great, but it's hell of a lot better than my previous ones! ANY FEEDBACK IS WELCOME! @Benny D your video at the beginning of the week kept me pushing through, so thank you 🙌
