Hey all,
I'm super close to launching my second community with my second client and I've found one thing to have been super useful which is contrary to popular belief...
My client has over 2m followers on social media so fingers crossed we can really help him connect to his followers more ... particularly that loyal top 1%
Now, as mentioned, one of the best things I've found to do is to give him plenty of space, contacting him as infrequently as possible. It's assumed that you should maintain daily contact with clients to show you're eager and passionate. But at the end of the day, he's a busy guy, a professional chef, with a business and a young family. I have to ensure my contact with him is minimal but effective, to allow him to get about his daily business. It's the most respectful thing to do for him and doesn't waste anyones time. Don't get me wrong, I make sure he's got everything he needs and I'm always available for him, but I'm not putting any unnecessary pressure on him. The last thing he needs is me chewing his ear off everyday whilst he has his own life...
What do you guys think of this and how do you go about contacting your clients?
Best,
James.
