Turn off (Watching) feature from being turned on from likes and comments

I dont like skool automatically turns on the watching feature every time you like and comment on the post. Then I have to reload the page to turn it off. I don’t wanna receive notifications from every post I’ve liked and commented on 😭

Is there a setting that makes it stop turning on automatically when you like and comment?
