Tactical Skool Plan - Starting from absolute 0

Hey all! I wanted to share this with anyone in the same situation as me.

I noticed a lot of courses and help were aimed at getting EXISTING traffic to your Skool page. But I'm starting this from scratch. An idea with 0 followers, 0 members. absolute 0

So I dove in deep to MULTIPLE groups and created a strategy for starting from absolutely 0

Phase 1.) FREE Skool set up

You need proof of concept and an actual group before people pay, making your group free gives you a playground to figure out what works

Step 1.) introduction module - Just create a video explaining what you PLAN the group to be about

step 3.) about page HACK - find other successful Skool pages somewhat similar to yours. If they’re

successful, hack the layout!!! Not the words though!

Phase 2.) audience growth

I’m realizing from most people and personal experience, ads don’t do too well. We need an audience that trusts us to enter our group - good news is, I believe growth can be done quickly using the following steps

Phase 2a.) short form. Quick way for audience growth. You will post quality content every single day on IG, TikTok, and YouTube shorts. How?

step 1.) target your 1 true fan. Imagine a single person you want to make videos for, every single video will be made for that person

step 2.) make your page look legit. A good profile pic and a good bio

step 3.) content hack. On all platforms, search your keywords for your content and see what format and what shorts are working. Make a list of 30. Make those videos with your own twists, every single day. Copying what works, you WILL grow. Much easier than posting from scratch.

Phase 2b.) long form

Phase 3.) conversion, getting free members

Turn this audience into Skool members.

Step 1.) On instagram, use WeChat to auto DM commenters (as @Kirby commented)

Step 2.) post sparingly on instagram sales posts, letting audience know about the group

Step 3.) on TikTok, soft left them know to check your bio at the end of every single TikTok

Step 4.) promote some hard sale TikTok’s

Step 5.) do the same thing on YouTube shorts

Phase 4.) 50 members in free Skool group, start making money

I realize there’s a couple ways to do this depending on your model. A free group AND. Premium group, or just make your free group paid. My model is better as just paid and low ticket.

Step 1.) Actually create value in the course. Before asking people to pay, have value. Have a course. Have a routine of posting. Take calls. Figure out the value of your course during the first 50 member growth.
