PROPOSAL: Creating Benchmark for Free Groups Active Member %. πŸ™ŒπŸ»
I was about to ask-
β€œWhat’s a good % percentage of Active Members in a Free Group? πŸ€”
Or even better, what KPI do you use to gauge your community and its engagement?”
I have a Free community of 200 members with 73% of them being active.
Is that good or bad?
I must imagine a lot feel this way and dont know / have a standard for what a good metric here is.
I was thinking on creating a simple spreadsheet where people could put their:
  • Free community name
  • Name of Founder
  • % of Active Members (or whatever KPI)
  • # of members
That way, if someone’s doing a REALLY good job, we could learn from them and act accordingly in ours.
What do you think?
PS: I saw post about listing their free community. This suggestion would be to get a hibrid between both things.
