Over 90 Members But No Activity (Help me)

In the last 14 days I grew my Community to over 90 people completely organic.

That's awesome, but I got some problems now: NOBODY IS ACTIVE.

You need to know that skool isn't very well-known in Germany. In fact, I am one of the few channels on YouTube that posts about skool in Germany.

That means that most of the people are only starting an account to join my group. And after that they never look at it again.I've got some members that joined 14 days ago, and the last time they were only was also 14 days ago.

It's very frustrating to see no activity in your group, so I wanted to ask what you would do about this problem :-)
