Offers within paid communities

Hoping someone can help answer this. I am a life coach and I want to reward active members so for instance the first five members I have that reach level 2 lets say, I'd like to offer them a free 1:1 coaching session. How would I track and integrate this into the gamification category as it's not considered course material? Thank you.
