Notified when student leaves community?

Will you be notified whenever a student leaves the community? I will be having my students pay a membership subscription via Stripe to get access and if someone leaves the community, I would assume they are cancelling their membership and would need to cancel their subscription on Stripes end.

Or if someone has a workaround to where if a student cancels their subscription, Stripe can automatically cancel it for you. TYIA!
