🤔Need Clarity With My Community (help, please)
Hey guys!
I'm in a somewhat peculiar though not by any means unheard of situation...
I find that getting people to my community is rather simple but...
I haven't exactly carved out my niche and my offer.
My background is in SEO (link building, to be more specific) and
my main clientele is SaaS, Tech & E-com companies that are
relying on Google for free organic traffic.
Naturally, I engage with other fellow SEOs, digital experts,
freelancers, agency owners, etc.
Now...
I don't have any truly remarkable results like running a "7-figure agency",
nor having 100+ people working for me, nor anything of that nature.
Instead I have a handful of clients that we work with for a long time
and I'm quite ok with it.
Having said that, I can't exactly say that I'm satisfied with the agency
work as well.
You see...
I'm a true ESFP and having rigid processes is not my forte
(even though I did organize it all into SOPs and hired
people that are able to follow them).
When it comes to work, I'm mostly engaged in building up
my LinkedIn profile and doing B2B sales which works
ok.
Being an ESFP, I feel like it's my nature that drives me
towards running a community like some of you are
doing but...
...I still can't pinpoint what I should help people with!
I suppose, I could have taught folks the stuff that I
do, but I don't really love it...
How do you guys go along finding the right TA and
figuring out the thing that people want to stick for?
I'd appreciate some help...
Thank you for reading this,
taking the time to help me ask the
right questions, share your own path, etc. 🙂 🙏
Thank You!
