My card keeps getting declined

It was getting declined yesterday and the problem was that I had a limit of below $99 but I changed it and now it still says that it's getting declined.

I have enough money in it, the limit is enough and I talked with my bank about it and they said that no mistakes are showing up on their end and said the problem is with Skool, could someone help me fix this issue?
