How many messages can you send to new members?

What is the limit of messages you can send to new members?

I'm moving 3000 + buyers monthly and today my setter was messaging the new members and got a warning saying we reached the limit.

I switched from Kajabi to Skool thinking I could get around the messaging limits on fb.

Am I limited to how many new messages I can send in a day? Week? Month?
