Enabling text content to be customised in ABOUT section

When you add text to courses, you can customise it using bold, underline features etc in menu bar (see image attached) but the text content in ABOUT section doesn't have these features.

Can we add the edit menu bar to ABOUT text box as this is the page a prospect sees when coming to check out the community and where we can describe why and how they should join so would be able to add a few design highlights?
