Creating a great community about relationship

It is very inspiring to see all the communities and engagement they have here. For me I have been running a community for over 2 years now and been struggelign with creating the community feeling. I atribute this to myself not being effective on creating that community, but fall short on the knowledge of how to do it.

My niche is couples relationship so my experience is that people will not want to share so much about shuch a sensitive topic.
