Connect Skool to Zapier / membership questions

I just invited a test user to my community. The membership questions didn't trigger. Why?

If I get a new member in the community, I want to pass that information to my CRM. How can I do that? I need the email.

And it seems I don't own my members data when using Skool? When I export members I don't get the email of the members? If that's the case, that's really odd.

So I have to ask for the email in the member questions. Where are they? Me as the admin can't see them anywhere? I wanted to connect it to Zapier but can't test it without filling out the questions.

It's pretty unclear and my first hour with Skool is quite frustrating.
