Churned Members
Is there a way to trace how the churn happend. Meaning, on our communicty there are 2 ways people can appear under the churn tab:
- We remove them from the platform
- They removed themselved and opet out manually
Understanding this behavior in the coomunity is crutial because it will let us define and understand who are leaving on their own
