Cannot Access all courses for members with 3 courses already

Using android App on Samsung galaxy its not possible to see (and select) all courses if the user has 3 or more courses already assigned to them.

As you can see in the picture its not possible to scroll through to the Facial Recognition course which I want to give user access to.
