Best practiced on running challenge cohorts in Skool?
I have looked in the search bar but couldn't find a relevant post in the first few pages of results so posting here.
I am looking to launch a 14-day low ticket (60.86) challenge every second month to help people start a sustainable & enjoyable approach to strength training.
The aim is to then sell people into either monthly recurring membership, high ticket group coaching or 1:1 coaching.
The education I have followed to design the challenge suggests setting it up on Facebook, which would easy as I can create a new, free group for each cohort.
I guess I could create one challenge group and then delete everyone after each cohort which would create some urgency for them to buy into another group.
But when I then think about how many groups I would need, it starts to get quite expensive per month. Especially as someone starting out and paying USD from Australia.
  1. Free group to build my audience
  2. Challenge group
  3. Membership group
  4. High ticket coaching group (1:1s would have access to this group)
Perhaps I could make the membership group and the HT coaching group the same community but paywall certain content & set up a paywall on the group coaching calls?
Other options would be to do challenge group in Facebook & then host the others in Skool. But I want to give people the full Skool experience.
Otherwise, I do have a go high level membership which I could use for community and courses. But again, I think Skool is currently way ahead in terms of user experience.
I would really appreciate feedback and advice, or pointing in the right direction if this has been answered elsewhere.
Thanks!
