Hi all, happy new year.

Just wanted to briefly introduce myself.

I have a CS background and it's nearly my second month in wholesaling, though not been able to close any deal but will continue to put effort and work on learning,improving and networking.

As m from Pakistan and doing things virtually, so that's why m mostly doing JVs and bird dogging to get the understanding of market. I wanted to ask is it ok if I do JVs or bird dogging on RVs, MHPs.
