Residential Broker breaking into commercial
I’m a residential broker in Virginia. We’re starting to work on commercial deals on the buyer side.
I’m making offers for me, my son and one preferred client so far. First deal is looking to go under contract this week if things go as they seem.
It’s a different animal than residential. Any opinions from the crowd on subscribing to Costar at $500/mo for a year?
