Referral fees
Seeking advice about earning referral fees. I have an inside connection for a pending land deal. The buyer plans to flip the land to a commercial developer.. However the developer only signed a LOI and wants six months to close. I can bring back up buyers to the table, but wondering how to secure a finders fee from the seller. Appreciate recommendations on paperwork that I should put in place.
