Question - Funding Statements
Hello Everyone!
One of the realtors asked me about my bank statements to proof of funds to guarantee the closing of the deal but I couldn't answer because I don't have the budget to close the deal and I am a wholesaler and not an investor so what would you give as an answer to this question to show POFs?
