I’m an investor based in SE Michigan, and I focus on using transactional funding as an active income strategy to support long-term buy-and-hold investments.

I favor creative financing as a way to acquire properties and enjoy helping other investors learn how to structure deals that most people overlook. I’m always looking for new ways to make deals work.

Currently, I only invest locally — I like to stay close to what I can see.
