Loss to lease?
I have a lead, a motivated seller where the write up says 30-40% loss to lease on current leases. Significant upside in improving rents to market rent (~67% under market rate).​ Cash flows as is.​. What exactly does that Mean?? I’m thinking of writing an offer..
