Hello, I am looking for partnership opportunities. I bring Deal Analysis, Financial Analysis, Market Analysis, AI and Technology skills and over 25 years of business and IT Experience. I own 246 Units and I am a COGP on 216 Units. I am looking for partnership opportunities with folks that are more on the Capital Raising Side. Looking for someone to join a team and lead the Capital Raising efforts or someone to partner on a deal-by-deal basis and get an equity split % of the deal.
