Hey everyone! I'm Eileen, just joined Skool a few days ago to connect with solid communities and level up my wholesaling game even more.

I've been wholesaling for a few months now it's been a wild ride with plenty of ups and downs, but consistency has paid off. So far, I've closed 8 deals (all Texas single-family properties), and I'm pushing hard to hit 10 this month with my current setup. I truly believe it's happening!
