Eager to start to secure my family

I am jumping in with both feet. I have a son with special needs and I must secure my son's future if something happens to me because he will not be able to take care of himself. I am in my mid 50s now and I am pressed to get things going. My 9-5 is barely allowing me to stay afloat, and I have been "robbing Peter to pay Paul" like the expression says to live month after month with my income. October 20th cannot come sooner. It is a big leap of faith but, if I can start with wholesale deals, I will be much better than my current situation.
