Been working on a system called EstateFlow AI focused on solving a problem I noticed in real estate businesses:
Most leads come from:
- calls
- referrals
- websites
- social media
But eventually:
- follow-ups get missed
- hot leads go cold
- site visits aren’t tracked properly
- tenant communication becomes messy
- everything ends up scattered
So I built a centralized AI-powered system to automate the workflow.
Some things it currently handles:

✅ Real-time analytics dashboard
The goal was simple:Help real estate businesses respond faster, stay organized, and stop losing opportunities due to manual processes.
Still improving the system and adding more automations, but the MVP is already live.
Would genuinely love feedback from people already in real estate.
Also open to building custom systems like this for agencies, brokers, and real estate operators.
