Hey everyone, I’m Andrew.
A local real estate investor to St Louis, MO looking to get much better in the commercial space, I help currently run a smaller portfolio of about 200 residential properties, but I am looking forward to making that transition into the commercial space through ownership & development.
I am working on a major realestate development plan that will not only give back to the local communities but also drive an aggressive initiative that helps both tenants and investors at the same time.
