I've certainly had my own fair share of neck buggery over the years.
Here are 5 exercises you can try to help restore ranges of motion in your neck, if it's feeling tight, restricted, or just cranky.
(Stretching your neck is not recommended, rather, restore active and passive ranges of motion).
