5 Exercises to unf*ck your neck after training
Every grappler, MMA fighter and Muay Thai striker that I know of or have worked with, has experienced the spicy, "Czech Neck" at some point in their career. I've certainly had my own fair share of neck buggery over the years. Here are 5 exercises you can try to help restore ranges of motion in your neck, if it's feeling tight, restricted, or just cranky. (Stretching your neck is not recommended, rather, restore active and passive ranges of motion). Give these a try and let me know how you get on 💪🏼 Coach Harry

Sore Back After Training? Here's 5 Exercises You Can Try
To be honest with you, backs are complicated. Backs are probably the most complicated error-message to try and solve with combat sports athletes. Over the years, I have developed a library or exercises to turn to, once I have assessed an athlete and have a better idea of what is going on. More often than not, back issues stem from one or more of the following; - Weak midsection strength (abdominal complex, lower erector spinae, poor bracing mechanics) - Tight hips (limited hip internal rotation, external rotation, flexion, and extension) - Limited adduction mobility and adductor strength - Limited abduction mobility and abductor strength - Limited Thoracic extension capability - Limited Thoracic rotation capability Here are just 5 of the many exercises I will use to combat the notorious sore back after training. Let me know which ones work for you!
