I’m still new to baking macarons. I’ve been researching them for about a year, but only now did I finally feel ready to give them a try.
I’ve spent a lot of time going through recipes from well-known bakers, and to be fair, most of them wasn’t successful. Any method simply didn’t work, neither Italian. 😬 I felt like I’d never reach it. But something deep inside me kept saying that I should keep trying, then I saw your post on TikTok and I ended up here!
I also purchased some expensive e-books and courses, which, honestly, I regret buying and seeing my bank statement: they weren’t worth it. Same method but WAY TOO FAR from all this gold here!
So, , I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experience and recipe. I know it can sometimes feel like people only show up on internet to complain when something goes wrong with their macarons, not throwing shade, just speaking generally about the macaron community anywhere, but even so, I truly appreciate your help, especially since you do it so generously without charging anything. I sincerely hope that God or whatever you believe in blesses you and brings you prosperity. You have brought hope to so many people here. I may not be a professional baker but I know others people here are, and your help has probably made a real difference for them.
